trust your brain

I have this trust issue. Whenever I am taking an exam I like to question everything my brain has to say. I never want to just go with it. I fight with it till I get my way.
"Oh you think it's A, I think it's B, so I am gonna go with B. Doesn't matter the reasoning."
After every exam, I realize I was wrong and my brain was right. I cry. I promise to not repeat the same mistake again. Comes the next exam, and my stubborn self does the same exact thing it did in the exam before. I cry again.

Moral of the story is: trust your brain, it knows more than you think! If you have taught it, then trust that it will deliver.

    1. Hahha..I feel ya. I hate when that happens and yes, sometimes I change my answers to the right ones, but mostly I change them to the wrong answers. :( Thank you for stopping by!

  3. I definitely remember that feeling, though ironically, I was always better at trusting my gut instinct on tests than I tend to be while making other life decisions. I guess I need to work on that a bit!

Also, this outfit is so chic! I especially love your accessories!

  5. I've learned the hard way that I really just need to go with my gut on tests. I remind myself every time now! WHY CAN'T I JUST REMEMBER EVERYTHING PERFECTLY?!

    1. Right?! We put in so much effort to memorize all the trivia, and still are never sure when it shows up on the exam. Stupid brain. :p

  6. It's so easy to start tricking yourself when it comes to multiple choice exams. And--you know the answer is C, but then your mind reminds you that you've already picked so many C answers, it couldn't possibly be C again, could it?? What's wrong???

    1. Haha... omg, yes! That's exactly why I pick a different letter, the letter that usually isn't the right choice. :( I should just go with my first instinct, cause most of the times - 80% of the times, it is right. I have no idea how that little brain of ours can retain so much information, but I for sure am happy that it can. :)
